DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Conformément au droit européen, vous disposez d'un délai de 30 jours après la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation. Cependant, en raison de la nature hygiénique et sensible de nos compléments alimentaires pour chiens, seuls les articles non ouverts, non utilisés, et dans leur emballage d'origine intact peuvent faire l'objet d'un retour.

In accordance with European law, you have 30 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of our dietary supplements for dogs, only unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return.

Pour être accepté, tout retour doit respecter les conditions suivantes :

Le produit n'a pas été ouvert ni utilisé
L'emballage d'origine est intact et scellé
Le retour a été approuvé préalablement par notre service client
Le retour est effectué dans les 30 jours suivant la réception

Des photos du produit (en cas de dommage ou non-conformité)
Vos coordonnées complètes

The reason for the return
Photos of the product (in case of damage or non-conformity)

Aucun retour ne sera accepté sans demande préalable. / No return will be accepted without prior request.

FRAIS DE RETOUR / RETURN COSTS

Les frais de retour sont généralement à la charge du client, sauf en cas d'erreur de notre part (produit non conforme, flacon cassé, article endommagé, etc.).

Return costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, broken bottle, damaged product, etc.).

REMBOURSEMENT / REFUND

Une fois le produit retourné et vérifié, un remboursement ou un échange sera effectué dans un délai de 14 jours selon les cas. Tout produit ouvert, utilisé ou altéré ne pourra faire l'objet d'aucun remboursement.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be issued within 14 days depending on the situation. Any opened, used, or altered item will not be eligible for a refund.
